Returns and Exchanges
If you have received a product with packaging defects, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. Please note that we only accept returns for items with packaging defects.

Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange due to packaging defects, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must have a visible packaging defect that occurred before delivery.
- Requests for return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
In Case of Damage
In the case of damage, please ensure that the product’s seal has not been opened. We can only process returns or exchanges for products that retain their original sealed condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that all products are generally non-returnable except in cases of packaging defects.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
