HOW TO USE?
You can add Health 1st Basil Seeds in smoothies, shakes, juices, oatmeal, yogurt, salads or salad dressings, pancakes or baked goods. Soak them in water (or another liquid) before consuming. Like chia seeds, they too swell up with a gray gel-like outer portion. You can also use them with milk and rose syrup to make ‘falooda’, a traditional Indian dessert.
